Hi! I'm Dr. Andrea Wilkinson, founder of the Brain Vitality Method. I have a PhD in Psychology and have been researching brain health & mental resilience for 20 years and know that preventive health is the key to your vitality.
As an expert in performance optimization and mental resilience, I know there is no one size fits all solution.
